In all of these videos, there's no sound and the person's arm is constantly in the way of the camera, making it nearly impossible to see what's actually being done.
The short & sweet version of how to do this is:
1. Do the long strips first.
2. Lay down the strips without pulling the backing off of the tape.
3. Test lowering the door down to see that it will properly seal.
4. Peel a short amount of backing from the tape.
5. Stuff the end into the start, then slowly peel back the tape as you lay it down along the path you determined in step 3. Snip excess off and save it.
6. Repeat for all other strips - long first, then the short side strips last.
7. Use any excess to pad any possible problem areas.
