With the newer double panel you only really need the spacer between the sidepanel and the prop with the flange nut directly against the side of the lid prop. Omit the second spacer. Updated notes above to reflect this change.

Yes thank you. We’ve updated the BOM to now include a 3D printed Exit clip that replaces the old Part 30 styrene strip. I’ve modified the guide bullet point for better clarity. More detail on it in Step 14.
Yes, you would need to drill a half inch hole in the back panel if you want to feed that way. We have done our best to give you as many of the most common exit point options but its not practical for us to place exit holes at every possible exit point or the box starts to resemble swiss cheese.
You certainly can, but they may come in handy in the future if you ever want to use the box without RepWinders
