Installing RepBox v2.2 Build Guide 4: Optional Seal Kit

Your Seal Kit Should include:

1PC- Lockset

1PC- 3D Printed Latch Plate

3PCS- Sealing gaskets (One will be cut in half to form the side seals)

1PC- Side Seal Bar Set (2PCS Left Side, 2PCS Right Side MDF version)

Prep the lockset by removing the metal latch bar and the nut as well as the extra key. Place one of the keys in the lockset and press the lock core into the hole cut in the acrylic lid as shown.

Fasten the lock core to the acrylic by tightening the nut on the back side of the acrylic. Use the "Drumstick" tool as shown. Pull the tensioner bar away from the acrylic lid to fit it in and around the lock core nut and tighten.

With the key rotated vertically fasten the metal latch bar back to the lock core with the included phillips screw. It should be aligned perpendicular to the key with the "hook" part facing downwards (this is the open position) When the latch is closed the hook should grab the peg of the latch plate.
