Later production seal kits come with a slightly modified fastener configuration that places them one above another as opposed to side by side. This is normal and only 16mm screws are needed.

Lay your steel side panels over top the unfinished side of your MDF side panels and line up the holes

Press 16mm bolts through from underneath the side panels and through the mounts of the magnetic catch.

Magnetic catch should be facing the front of the side panel as pictured. You may adjust the final position of the catch later on in the assembly.

Place a square nut on top of the bolt with its flat edge against the magnetic catch and tighten bolts but leave loose enough so that the mag catch position can still be adjusted

Attach a universal bracket to the top of the side panel assembly just above the mag catch. The U Bracket should be bolted on through the middle hole so that the flat edge is facing the rear of the box using a 16mm bolt.

Repeat for both side panel sets

Press square nuts into all square traps in each seal bar.

Lay your steel side panels over top the unfinished side of your MDF side panels and line up the holes

Attach the seal bar to the side panels with the 16mm bolts.

Attach the mag catch to the top hole sets in the seal bar facing forward using 16mm bolts

Repeat for both sets of side panels
